Essie's Huckle Buckle & Color Club Electronica

I painted my nails last night with some polish from my Victoria's Nail Supply Haul!
I used Color Club's Milky White Base coat.
Then, for the main nail color I used Essie's Huckle Buckle.
I used 2 coats but I really should have used 3, you can see my nail line.
For my ring fingers, I used Color Club's Electronica. This is an AMAZING purple! I love it!
I used China Glaze's Fast Forward Top Coat.
Maybelline New Color Sensational Lipcolor
I was at Walgreens today, taking advantage of their $5 off coupon (good today and tomorrow, July 17) to pick up more of my daily moisturizer, and I saw the new Maybelline Color Sensational lip color and decided to use that to reach my $25 mark (have to spend $25 to get $5 off). I also got a $1 coupon off on the Maybelline lip color as well.

I picked up lipsticks in:
Very Cherry 635
Red Revival 645
I picked up the lipliner, which I am returning, thank god for Walgreens return policy as the color is way too dark:
Rose 0
The nice lady working at Walgreens thought that this lipliner would work, as it was the lightest pink in stock in the store. It's way too dark. Not me. I need a nice nude pink shade for the times when I just don't want to use my clear lipliner.

I did swatch the colors for you, because I feel the swatches on Maybelline's site are inaccurate.

I absolutely LOVE the square red clear packaging. They're easy to stack and store like thsi! The lipstick feels very moisturizing on my lips, as well, but I've got to put it to a better test. I really do love their fall in love with color campaign.
I do not like how the lipliner feels. It doesn't flow smoothly on my arm, so I can't imagine it would apply smoothly to my lips. However, I'm pretty spoiled by my MAC lipliners.
I may exchange the lipliner for Plum Paradise or Coral Crush.
Has anyone tried these lip colors?
What do you think of them?
Edit:
I did go return that Rose lip liner since I hated it. The woman I bought it from was at the store and when I showed her how much darker the color was than the lid, she was appalled. Bad lip liner!

That said, I bought the Coral Crush lipstick, and really like it!

I exchanged that for the lip liner, and then since the only pink lip liner we could find in the entire store was the Jordana Baby Dreams and it was on sale for 50 cents, I bought that. I only paid 53 cents total.

I'm very glad that Walgreens will let you return things, even though I very rarely do it.
The Baby Dreams is a pink I can work with and the texture seems ok. Much better than the retractable Orange Marmalade Jordana lip liner I had a while ago.

A Soft Look with Aromaleigh's Hot in the City
I did a soft and subtle look today with the Aromaleigh Hot in the City colors, and I really like how it turned out. Lady Liberty is definitely beautiful and eye catching.

Lady Liberty - lustrous smokey blue green frost, the shade of weathered copper... like the lady herself!
Concrete Jungle - warmed taupe with the most amazing bright sparks of aqua.
Dolly - a clear brilliant pink rouge
Pinafore - a lush deep rich pink
Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Aromaleigh Hoity Toity - on eyelid
Aromaleigh Lady Liberty - in crease
Aromaleigh Concrete Jungle - on browbone
Nyx Pen Eyeliner in Extreme Black - upper lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero - lower water line
Benefit BadGal Lash Mascara in Black
Cheeks:
Aromaleigh Gothic Lolita Blush in Dolly
Lips:

Aromaleigh Gothic Lolita Lipcolor in Pinafore
Face:
Purely Skin Smoothing Foundation in Fair Maiden

Since I'd been asked before, I took pictures of the brushes that I used today.
The top brush is a fluffy Sonia Kashuk brush.
The middle is a crease/blender ecoTools brush
The bottom is my MAC 213SE that I use to put shadow on the lid.
I definitely find this to be a nice, simple look.

Aromaleigh & Victoria Nail Supply Hauls
So I wasn't planning on doing any hauls for a while, but my parents reminded me that they'd sent me a check for my birthday and I hadn't cashed it, so I decided to deposit it and purchase a few things.
I purchased a full size of Glissade in 1CL with some Alabaster samples to mix in to match my skin tone. I also picked up some 2CL so that I can try to contour with it. If it's not dark enough, I'll grab 3CL.

I recently found out about the yahoo store Victoria Nail Supply through the wonderful blog Body & Soul and I decided to place an order with them. I ordered from them on Saturday and received my order from them today (Wednesday), which was very fast! They have great prices, too! Color Club Polishes are $2.25 each, China Glaze $2.50 for most (Black Bila Bong was $2.95), Essie is $4.00 each, and the man-ecure was $7.00. Shipping was less expensive than with Head2toebeauty, too, and it came via UPS and had tracking.

First Row:
Essie Man-e-cure (for a matte finish), Essie Huckle Buckle
Second Row:
Color Club Pure Energy, Color Club Milky White Basecoat, Color Club Electro Candy (yes, I love PE and EC so much I needed back ups)
Third Row:
China Glaze Sky High Tops (my Sally's STILL does not have these in), Color Club Catwalk Queen, Color Club Electronica, and China Glaze Black Bila Bong
I definitely recommend ordering from Victoria Nail Supply. They have excellent customer service, great prices, and fast shipping. And as you all know, great customer service is a must for me. They also seem to have the new Orly Once Upon a Time Fairytale Collection, as well as the Essie Summer 2009 collection. So go check them out! If you decide to haul anything, let me know ;) I defintely recommend Color Club, as I love their polishes and they are sooo under appreciated.

A Fiery Look with Aromaleigh's Hot in the City
I went for a fiery look today and I have to say that I absolutely love Italian Ice! Neon Lights is a lot of fun too. Illamasqua Inspired Look with Aromaleigh's Hot in the City
I was inspired by this gorgeous Illamasqua look today. My look is similar, not exactly the same, but I think you can tell that this image influenced it heavily.

Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Aromaleigh Rooftop Gardens - on eyelid
Aromaleigh Coney Island - haloed around eye - in crease and lower lash line
Aromaleigh Italian Ice - to highlight and center of eyelid
Aromaleigh Gel Eyeliner in Black out - upper lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero - lower water line
Benefit BadGal Mascara in Blue
Eyebrows:
Aromaleigh Umber
Cheeks:
Aromaleigh Blush in Epitome
Lips:
Too Faced Borderline Lipliner in Clear
Nyx Round Lipstick in Fusion - all over lips
Nyx Round Lipstick in Chloe - center of lips
MAC Lipstick in Sweet Thing - light layer all over
Face:
Aromaleigh Glissade in 1CL + Alabaster

This is only my second or third time filling in my eyebrows, and I went very lightly just sort of filling it in a bit and I really like the results.
I really like Italian Ice, it's such a fun color! And Coney Island is such a bright happy green. I feel like the colors together intensified my eye color, and I really like that.

Aromaleigh Amped Up Neutral Look
If you are fans of Aromaleigh's Fox and Adobe, you will love Window Shopping. It's really a gorgeous shadow.
I did this look because I know a lot of people like neutral looks and I thought this would make a lovely neutral look that is anything but boring!
I actually didn't think I'd like Window Shopping as much as I do but once I put the wash of it on my eye area I really liked it. It's gorgeous. I think most neutral lovers will love Brownstone, as it reminds me of a toned down Coco Bean. I was really happy that Asphalt blends so easily, as I used just the tiniest bit of Asphalt to deepen the crease color.

with flash
It's an overcast rainy day outside, but I took most of my pictures by the windows without flash to try and utilize natural light as much as possible.

without flash
Shade Descriptions:
Window Shopping - neutral champagne buff with golden iridescent highlight and vivid gold sparkles.
Brownstone - cocoa brown frost with tiny borealis luster sparkles. Not your average brown...
Asphalt - darkest ebony matte black offset by the brightest sparks of pink and gold.
Epitome - A luscious coral/peach.

I really love how this gloss looks on me, and how it works with this look.
Hope everyone is having a happy Saturday ;)

Color Club - Electro Candy, Pure Energy & Revvvolution
I just did my tips and toes because I thought that Zoya Calypso was too pale for my skin and I was craving something brighter. I also wanted to re-do my toes since they hadn't been changed in a while.
For my toes I did Color Club's Revvvolution.

I could not get a good picture that actually shows you how gorgeous this color is for anything today. It's overcast out, so while there is some natural light, there's just not enough.
For my tips:
Main Color - Color Club Electro Candy
Ring Fingers - Color Club Pure Energy

I just love Color Club! I need to pick up some more shades.
I also have Ultra Violet and Where's the Soiree? by Color Club.
Are there any colors that you love by Color Club?
What would you recommend?

Aromaleight Hot in the City - Busy City Street Look
This is another look with Aromaleigh's Hot in the City collection. Socialite appears to be very much a watermelon pink on me. This look reminds me of a busy city street, with asphalt being the color of the streets, Heatwave being a yellow light, Socialite being a red light, and Luster and Lux being the gleam of street lights.

Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Aromaleigh Heatwave - inner eyelid
Aromaleigh Socialite - outer eyelid
Aromaleigh Asphalt - crease, outer vee, lower lash line, later wetlined on upper lash line
Aromaleigh Luster - from crease to eyebrows
Aromaleigh Lux - on top of luster
Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero - upper lash line and lower water line
Benefit BadGal mascara in Black
Cheeks:
Aromaleigh Blush in Candy
Lips:
Nyx Jumbo Lip Pencil in Pink Nude
Aromaleigh Color Creme in Pinafore
Face:
Aromaleigh Glissade in 1CL + Alabaster

These are not colors that I normally wear together, so I think this makes for an interesting look.
Also, I painted my nails last night :)
Major color - Zoya Calypso
Ring fingers color - China Glaze Flying Dragon

Aromaleigh's Weekly Makeup Challenge Look
This is a look I did for Aromaleigh's Weekly Makeup Challenge. I chose the challenge and I had posted some pictures for inspiration for a number of looks. I tried doing a lotus design at the ends of my branches. I think I should have done a starburst or something else, as I don't think it turned out that well. However, I really like how the non-design eye looks.

I used:

Ice - a pure white matte
Cornflower - Cornflower matte shadow makes blue eyes sparkle
Suspectdevice - smooth matte tangerine coral
Vinyl Shorts - nearly black with deep purple and pink sparkle

Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Aromaleigh Suspectdevice - all over eye area (I have the HARDEST time getting this color to apply evenly on my lid)
Aromaleigh Cornflower - lower lid, extended out
Aromaleigh Ice - right under eyebrows
Aromaleigh Black Out Gel Liner - upper lash line, liner design
Urban Decay 24/7 Liner in Zero - outer 1/3 of lower water line
Benefit BadGal Mascara in Black
Cheeks:
Aromaleigh Rocks! blush in Sinisterrouge
Lips:
Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Vinyl Shorts
Too Faced Sparkler Glamour Gloss in Sapphire Spark
Face:
Aromaleigh Glissade in 1CL + Alabaster

What have you looked at for inspiration lately?
Seen anything you have to share? :)

Archetype's Valley of the Kings
Yet another long and crazy day for me at work! I can only hope the rest of this week is less exciting where work is concerned.

Shade Descriptions:
Valley of the Kings - metallic intense opaque bright sunny-hued gold with a twist of turquoise sparkle
China White - a crystalline barely pink base with a pile of aquamarine and purple sparkle
The Uneasy Dancers - teal blue with subtle gold shimmer and silver glitter
Shackled - velvety black purple shimmer with lots of green sparkle
Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Archetype Valley of the Kings - on eyelid
Archetype The Uneasy Dancers - crease
Archetype China White - to highlight
Archetype Shackled - wetlined on upper lash line, dry on lower lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero - lower water line
Benefit BadGal Mascara in Black
Cheeks:
Meow Blush in Illuminate
Lips:
Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Lollipop-pop
Face:
Meow Pampered Puss foundation in Inquisitive Siamese
Meow Skinny Dipper in Medium Siamese

I really like Valley of the Kings! The turquoise sparkle in it makes this a very fun golden shade.
Shackled is an amazing shade, too, though the green looks more turquoise than green to me.
The Uneasy Dancer is really nice, but the silver glitter has fall out. It reminds me of some of my Urban Decay shadows.
I don't normally experience fall out from mineral makeup quite like this.

Glamour Doll Eyes - Sneak Peek Look
I played with some of the lovely June Sneak Peek colors from Glamour Doll Eyes this morning. I love the bright pink as it's vivid and really works well with my skin tone. The grey was the unexpected color for me though, as I think I love it the best of all the colors I tried today. It's a gorgeous warm grey with silver shot throughout it. It makes an amazing crease or liner color, and could be fun as a lid, too. The purple and blue are my favorite sort, with pink-violet reflects. The sheer is a very nice subtle highlighter shade and would make an interesting all over color wash.
If you're at all interested in being able to give feedback on names and colors made by Glamour Doll Eyes, get involved in their sneak peek and give it a try! It's fun!

Tiamat - costume look
Tonight was my friend's Birthday party and Independence day party. Since his birthday is on July 4th, we've been at his birthday party every year for the past 4 years. He always has interesting themes, such as 'The end of the World,' 'Welcome to Hell,' and this year it was 'In the Garden of Eden.' Since I didn't want to do Lillith or Eve, or an angel or a demon, I decided to do Tiamat. I went with one of the theories that she is a Dragon (though she's also been referred to as the Abyss, and primordial chaos). She was described as a dark-haired human sorceress, so I thought that having black sparkly horns would be great to have as a reference to dragons and the abyss.

Shade Descriptions:
Wicked - deep dark purple with turquoise shimmer
Dokkálfar - black filled with hues of pale green to golden-lime sparkle
We're All Mad Here - Luscious, sparkling chartreuse! Similar to our ever-so-popular "Omgwtf" (thought a bit more green), but with green and gold sparkles and shimmer, it's twinkling like a teatray in the sky.
Dragon's Wing - gorgeous shimmery green with a pale aqua highlight
Curiouser & Curiouser - The sparkly, bouncier cousin of Digital Faerie, this blue-aqua shade is filled with blue and turquoise sparkles and shimmer.
Iseered
Mischief Makers - a soft, pale satiny silver with a rainbow of sparkles.
Serenity - iridescent violet blue sparkles
Shibuya - dark plum wine
Nightshade - deepest purple
Cheetah - a soft, glowing pale peach, this shade has a slight golden shimmer
Gilded Wings - metallic light bronze
Funtabulous - Purple with violet pearl
Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance - all over eye are
Too Faced Lock Down in I'm Guilty - on eyelid
Fyrinnae Wicked - on eyelid, extended out
Fyrinnae Dokkálfar - crease, drawn downard on inside, drawn upward on outside
Fyrinnae We're All Mad Here - drawn downward on inner lower lash line
Fryinnae Dragon's Wing - middle lower lash line
Fyrinnae Curiouser & Curiouser - outer lower lashline, drawn outward
Aromaleigh Iseered - outer crease outside of Wicked
Fyrinnae Mischief Makers - to highlight
Aromaleigh Black Out - to line upper lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Zero - lower water line
Benefit BadGal Mascara in Black
Cory Serenity - on tips of outer upper lashes
Face:
Purely Diamond Finish - as primer
Fyrinnae Mica Free Foundation in Moonstone
Meow Pampered Puss foundation in Siamese - on top of Moonstone
Meow Skinny Dipper in Medium Siamese - to contour
Cory Serenity - to highlight tops of cheekbones, and dusted all over shoulders and cleavage
Cheeks:
Fyrinnae Cheetah - lightly as blush
Fyrinnae Gilded Wings - with fiber optic brush on top of Cheetah
Lips:
Too Faced Borderline clear lip liner
Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Shibuya
Morgana Minerals Lipstick in Nightshade
MAC Dazzleglass in Funtabulous

Nails:
Ring fingers - China Glaze Frostbite With 1 Layer of Nfu.Oh 52 on top
Main fingers - Nubar Peacock Feathers

Unfortunately because it's an indoors pic you can't see the Nfu.Oh 52 at all, which really gives the impression of green dragon scales on a blue body.
Perfume:
Kenneth Cole Black 4185
Collar
This is one of my lovely collars from Collar Factory.
It's a double strap collar - black for the bottom strap, midnight purple for the top strap, with black hardware and black onyx gems and black lambskin lining.

Anyway, I really love how my look turned out. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Glamour Doll Eyes & Fyrinnae Hauls
I received some fun items in the mail yesterday.
1. Fyrinnae - New Norse Colors

Tyr - a chartreuse on black
Dokkálfar - black filled with hues of pale green to golden-lime sparkle
Freya - a wine-pink glowing shimmer on black
Vanir - a striking, brilliant royal blue filled with silver sparkle.
Bifrost - bright yellow, filled with coordinating yellow sparkle and a touch of contrasting pale blue sparkle
Charm - Bright, feminine pink with a slight lavender hue and touch of shimmer
I actually have this blush and I really like it. Vanir looks like it's lit from within and glowing, it's so bright and pretty.
Freya is an awesome purple that I can't wait to try in my crease.
Dokkálfar, which i bought because the name means dark elf, is prettier than I thought! I can't wait to try it.
Bifrost will be a great shade for all you yellow lovers out there.
Tyr looks like it will be fun to wetline with.
2. Glamour Doll Eyes
I received my June Sneak Peek colors!

I swatched all of these and I was blown away by how silky smooth and gorgeous they are. If you've not heard of Glamour Doll Eye's Sneak Peek, let me explain it to you. You pay $12 and receive 6 colors that are unnammed that have not been released yet by Glamour Doll Eyes. You get to play with the colors and come up with suggestions for their names. You can also give your opinions on the colors and the textures, etc.
I find this to be a lot of fun! I love getting to see things before anyone else, and I love getting to make suggestions on names! Glamour Doll Eyes is one of 2 companies I know of that takes suggestions, so I think it's a very rare and fun thing.
I've already swatched the colors and am really impressed by them.
Bottom row, left color, is one I will have to get in a full size. It's so gorgeous, it's a sheer nude shade with blue-violet reflect. It looks gorgeous.
Bottom row, middle color is an amazing fuschia pink color with silver shimmer that just makes the shade seem lit from within.
Bottom row, right color is a gorgeous glittering gold!
Top row, right color is this amazing charcoal grey with silver glitter.
Top row, middle color is like a cornflower blue with pink-violet sheen and it seems like you could pair it up with just about any color. I love it!
Top row, left color is a dark purple with traces of blue and pink-violet sheen. This is another shade I adore.
I'm so thrilled that I get to play with these colors and give feedback on them.
The pink shade is probably my favorite pink from Glamour Doll Eyes, after Strawberry Cupcake.

Free Samples that I received
Heiress - pearly pale blue-green
Flashdance - a fresh blue with medium shimmer
These are both shades that I've been wanting to play with, so I'm excited for it.
I was very happy to receive both of these packages in the mail and have some new things to play with, even though I still have a ton of colors to play with too!
Did you purchase the new Fyrinnae colors?
Have you tried Glamour Doll Eyes Sneak Peek?

Aromaleigh Zinnia's Wish - Friday's Look
This is what I wore out last night to a party that Ray and I went to in Orlando. We had a great time though we lost track of time there and didn't get home until 4:30am! The lid color is more complex than what you can see in the pictures, it was very hard to capture it on film. I applied the lid shades and crease color with a fiber optic pointed crease brush.

Shade Descriptions:
Zinnia - vibrant but soft coral peach turns into a blend of pinkish coral with a dominant violet iridescence.
Wish - a peachy golden pink with slight iridescence
Elegie - A dark dose of shimmering jewels. Add to other shades to deepen and dramatize, use wet-lined or all-over for a magnificent, glimmering smokey eye.
Phyrra - a sheer peach with blue reflect
Eyes:
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Aromaleigh Wish - light layer on lid
Aromaleigh Zinnia - light layer on top of Wish
Aromaleigh Phyrra - from crease to eyebrows, later on top of Elegie
Aromaleigh Elegie - lightly in crease
Aromaleigh Black Out - to line upper lash line
Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in Zero - lower water line
Aromaligh Lux - inner corners of eye, right under eyebrows
Benefit BadGal Mascara in Black
Cheeks:
Meow Blush in Illuminate
Lips:
Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Glitter Kittiez
Face:
Meow Pampered Puss foundation in Inquisitive Siamese
Meow Skinny Dipper in Medium Siamese - to contour cheeks
Aromaleigh Lux - to highlight

I tried to contour my face last night, just the hollows of my cheeks, and I think it looks ok, but not great. I need to find a good tutorial on this. If anyone has any pointers, I'd love to hear them, too.
My nails for Friday:
Toes - China Glaze Sexy in the City

Tips - 1st layer is OPI Kinky in Helsinki, 2nd layer is Color Club Electro Candy. This made the pink deeper and matched my shirt that I wore out Friday night.
Ring fingers are OPI Russian Navy.

Ray's Interview Products
Yesterday Ray went to an interview. I thought I'd share with you the products that he, as a guy, used before his interview to make sure he looked his best. It's definitely a shorter list than the products I would use!
1. Garnier Nutritionist Skin Renew Anti-Sun-Damage Daily Moisture Lotion SPF 28 - $9.99 from Amazon.com

Ever since I switched to this moisturizer and loved it, Ray started using it as well. It moisturizes, the Vitamin C is good for his skin, and it gives decent SPF.
2. Jonathan Finish Control High Shine Flexible Hairspray - From Beautyfix 2 - You can snap up Beautyfix 2 for $19.99 with a full size of this (which is less than the full size from Sephora!)

Because I received this amazing hairspray in my Beautyfix 2 kit and loved it, it's been the only hairspray I've used. Ray used it to make sure his hair stayed in place. We both find this to be a nice hair spray.
3. Aromaleigh Aromatherapy Lip Balm - in Delicate Vanilla Bean - On Sale for $3.64 from Aromaleigh.com

This has been my favorite lip balm now for well over a year. Nothing beats it for the way it moisturizes your lips. Ray uses this all the time and vanilla is his favorite scent.
I hope that the interview went well and that he has more soon.

Cosmos has got to be my favorite Aromaleigh Frost! It's basically the eye shadow equivalent of Piggy Polish Blue-ty Call. It's a gorgeous cornflower type blue with violet reflect.
I love MAC Freshwater. It's so gorgeous.
You can see how I pulled my hair up in that massive blue-green clip I have for a cool summer 'do. I just left my bangs down to frame my face a bit.
What do you think of this blue look?

Don't Miss Out!
Don't miss out on Aromaleigh's fabulous En Pointe collection!

This collection contains some of my favorite eye shadows from Aromaleigh and they have some amazing, velvety finishes.
My Favorites:
Arabesque: A refined bluish green with highlight shimmers of green and gold. Multi-facted and rich frost. (Frost)
Serenade: A color inspired by my favorite ballet. Beautiful smooth teal plush matte base with a lush violet iridescent highlight. (Sheen)
Calliope: As lovely as the muse herself, this is a go-to color. A soft plush matte base beholds softly shimmering beige and lilac tones. (Sheen, slight shimmer)
Aurora: A pinky-beige plush matte base scattered with tiny shimmers of blue and pink. Fit for a princess. (Sheen, slight shimmer)
Elegie: A dark dose of shimmering jewels. Add to other shades to deepen and dramatize, use wet-lined or all-over for a magnificent, glimmering smokey eye
Sylph: Add a touch of shimmering tiara glamour to any shade to add sparkly and shine... brilliant sparkling jewels in a white plush matte base.
Promenade: Romantic violet plush matte base with an intriguing blue-violet iridescent highlight. (Sheen)
The sheen finish is what I call a velvety finish, because it reminds me of the sheen of velvet. Sylph and Elegie are great colors for mixing with other colors.
You can see me wearing Serenade, Sylph, Elegie and Calliope here.
You can see me in 3 looks with Pirouette, Coppelia, Clara and Pique, as well as Elegie and Aurora, and Arabesque and Terpischore and Elegie here.
You can see me in Aurora, Pavane and Promenade here.
This collection retires on July 1, 2009, so there's only a few more days for you to order these colors! Don't miss out on the best release from Aromaleigh this year. Oh and don't forget, the hot20 code is still good through June 30th! You can get 20% off of whatever you order on Aromaleigh's site if you use this code.

For my birthday, two of my friends and assistants at work gifted me with a MAC gift card. This allowed me to partake in the MAC Sumo Sale.

Electric Eel - vivid blue with shimmer (satin)
Freshwater - bright summer blue (veluxepearl)

Show & Tell - My Makeup Bag
I used to carry the smallest purse possible. It was just big enough to hold my wallet, a lipgloss, and my cell phone. These days, I'm using larger purses, but I only recently started carrying a makeup bag in my purse.
This is the first makeup bag I've ever carried in my purse on a consitent basis. It's my cute little Glowelle bag from my Beautyfix 2.

And since I thought you'd all be curious, here's what I've got in my little bag currently!

1. Aromaleigh Minty Cocoa Chip lip balm
2. Comptoir Sud Pacifique Vanille Coco
3. Benefit Laugh with Lee Lee
4. Benefit Something About Sofia
5. Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero
6. Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Electric
7. Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Romantique
8. Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Lollipop-pop
9. Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Type-A
10. Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Ryunome
11. Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Amplifier
12. Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Glitter Kittiez
The Aromaleigh Lip Balm is my absolute favorite lip balm of all time from Aromaleigh. If you haven't tried AL's lip balm, you really need to!
The 2 pencils are from the Urban Decay travel set. The Comptoir Sud Pacifique is from the SkinCareRx travel kit. The Benefit Laugh with Lee Lee and Something About Sofia are from the new Crescent Row trio from Sephora.
The Fyrinnae Lip Lustres are the sample size from Fyrinnae, and they're mostly colors that I have in the full size version, but not all. I like to keep them in my bag in case I need to add some color to my lips for a touch up. These have now replaced MAC as my favorite lip items of all time, though I still love my MAC lipglasses and dazzleglasses, too. If you only try one new lip product this summer, try the lip lustres! They moisturize, they're like a stain, only because they're moisturizing, they don't look patchy. They sort of meld with your lips and look good for hours.

Organizational Update & Stash Spotlight
Recently I purchased this 10 drawer mobile organizer from Office Depot. While online it comes in black, grey and white, which would have matched my bedroom perfectly, I could only find it in pink the stores I went to. I finally put it together tonight and I'm rather impressed with how it looks.

I did not put the wheels on it that come with it, as a personal preference. I did save them so that I can add them at a later date if I decide to do so. The organizer is about 37 inches tall by 13 inches wide by about 15 inches deep. It was on sale at Office Depot when I purchased it, so i paid $42 total including tax.
Here is the 10 drawer organizer put together and filled with stuff next to my vanity. You can see my brush holder on my vanity, and another little brush organizer I have. On the shelf in my vanity I have my mineral makeup sample binders, a little container for my Body Bakery scents, and a little plastic organizer.

Since I thought you'd be curious to see what I put in here, I've taken pictures. When I say most, I do mean most of my collection. Just after I took the pictures when I was still organizing I would find several random ones that needed to be tossed into that bin. Almost everything is not stacked, just 1 level, but a few are stacked 2 levels.
Drawer 1.
This is most of my Fyrinnae.

Drawer 2.
This is most of my Aromaleigh.

Drawer 3.
This is most of my other mineral makeup, which includes Glamour Doll Eyes, Purely Cosmetics, DreamWorld Minerals, Beautiful Girl Minerals, Cory Cosmetics, Spell Cosmetics, The Mineralista, Mad Minerals, Meow Cosmetics, Archetype Cosmetics, and Lumiere.

Drawer 4.
This is most of my MAC.

Drawer 5.
This is slightly more than half of my lippies. The rest are still in my tackle box.

Drawer 6.
This is where I keep my foundations, gel eyeliners, pencil eyeliners, cream blushes, Nyx jumbo eye pencils, urban decay, too faced and miscellaneous mascara.

Drawer 7.
This is mostly empty. I have 2 Red Tango pencil cases in here, and my MAC hard brush case. (Not pictured.)
Drawers, 8, 9, and 10.
These are all nail polish. (Not pictured.)
Little Plastic Organizer on my Vanity.
This has my Too Faced Shadow Insurance, my TF Lockdown in I'm Guilty, my Urban Decay 24/7 pencils in Zero and Electric, my Urban Decay 24/7 concealer in CIA, and my Nyx Pen eyeliner in Extreme Black on on side. The other side has my mascaras: Benefit Bad Gal in Black, Benefit Bad Gal in Blue, Bare Escentuals Magic Wand Brushless and Urban Decay Big Fatty Mascara in Electric.

I LOVE this organizer. I have probably close to 90 nail polish bottles stored in those bottom 3 drawers. I will probably buy a second organizer like this when I'm able to. I feel like it was a great deal. I love that it was easy to put together and I think it looks really nice. Even Ray and Dave thought it looked nice. I'm very happy at being able to organize my stuff and have it within easy reach and not look cluttered.

Happy Fun Pink - pale pearlescent cool pink topped with pink sparkles
Tasmanian Devil - a rose shade with a soft blue highlight
Charm - Bright, feminine pink with a slight lavender hue and touch of shimmer

Fyrinnae Tasmanian Devil - outer 1/2 of eyelid
Fyrinnae Incubus - applied with fiber optic pointed crease brush to outer vee and crease, later wetlined along outer 1/2 of lower lash line
Fyrinnae Moon Child - to highlight

Benefit BadGal Mascara in Black
Cheeks:
Fyrinnae Blush in Charm
Lips:
Fyrinnae Lip Lustre in Lollipop-pop
Face:
Meow Pampered Puss Foundation in Inquisitive Siamese

Incubus reads a LOT darker on camera than it looks in person, though in person it looks pretty dark too. I swatched the colors for you to see them.

You can see where I smudged/rubbed Incubus and how dark its base is, almost black. However, when patted on, it's a very dark wine with pink. I got the color to show up well in my outer vee, but since I blended my crease a lot, it just simply looks darker there.
Tasmanian Devil is really lovely, and I really like Happy Fun Pink. It reminds me of MAC's Pink Freeze. Moon Child is very pretty, too.
